Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council’s Breakaway Club is back!

Breakaway Club 2017 will run from Monday 31st July until Friday 25th August, Monday to Friday only at The Civic Hall in Bedworth.

The scheme, specifically designed to cater for 5 to 13 years olds is growing in popularity year by year and last year many children missed out. This year demand is expected to be even higher, so book early to avoid disappointment.

A comprehensive range of activities including sport, the climbing wall, dance workshops, drama workshops, arts and crafts, film club, inflatables, circus skills and cooking are on the Breakaway Club menu as well as the ever popular Breakaways Got Talent Competition and Party Day.The Breakaway Club Booking Office opens on Friday 23rd June 2017 and is located in the old Coffee Bar at The Civic Hall and is open between 10.00am and 2.00pm Monday to Friday only. Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis from this date and will close at 2.00pm on Monday 24th July.

There will be three sessions per day:

The morning session will start with registration at 8.45am and run through until 12Noon – cost £6.00 per child per session.

The afternoon session will commence with registration at 1.00pm and run through until 4.15pm – cost £6.00 per child per session.

The lunch break will be between 12Noon and 1.00pm. Children not staying for lunch will need to be collected at 12Noon – cost £2.50 per child per session.

We ask that these times are strictly adhered to in order for us to comply with OFSTED staffing guidelines.

Full day sessions will cost £12.00 per child per day and lunch/lunchtime supervision can be provided at a cost of £2.50 per day.

Half day sessions cost £6.00 per child per day.

For supervisory purposes lunch is classified as a session, so a charge per child of £2.50 for lunch and lunchtime supervision applies, special diets can be catered for by our in house catering team.

Parents and Guardians not wishing to book for lunch will need to make alternative arrangements, provide a packed lunch or arrange for their children to be collected from the venue during this time, irrespective of whether they are attending the afternoon session.

Payment can be made in cash or by card.

Children must be aged between 5 and under 13 years of age as of Monday 31st July 2017. We are sorry but we are unable to cater for any children outside of these ages and we may ask for proof of age.

The Breakaway Club does not offer 1 to 1 supervision for participants. All Breakaway Team Leaders are D.B.S. checked and first aiders will be on site at all times.

Note: Bookings can only be made at the venue between the hours of 10.00am and 2.00pm Monday to Friday where a member of our team will be on hand to run through the process and options with parents and guardians.
