The Bootleg Beach Boys – `The World’s Greatest Beach Boys Tribute Band`- are to perform in concert at Bedworth Civic Hall on Saturday 12th September 2020.

The sounds of a California summer will echo around the Civic Hall, with The Bootleg Beach Boys performing a non-stop tribute to pop icons The Beach Boys, with a show stacked with over 30 feel-good Beach Boys hits like Surfin’ Safari and Good Vibrations.

“You can’t help but feel upbeat and positive with this catalogue of songs”, says Fran King, frontman of The Bootleg Beach Boys.

King and his four Hawaiian-shirted bandmates first formed in Ireland five years ago and have been touring as The Bootleg Beach Boys ever since, with an endless string of worldwide concert performances and TV appearances.

Demand to see The Bootleg Beach Boys keeps growing – and their Bedworth date is part of a nationwide UK concert tour of major theatres.

They play hits from throughout the Californian band’s four-decade career — that includes songs from their controversial album Pet Sounds — and pride themselves on delivering a show exactly as you’d hear from Brian Wilson, Mike Love and company in their prime.

The Bootleg Beach Boys long sets and perfectionism, ensures their show including costume changes lasts for two hours. It features stage banter of the kind you’d hear from Wilson and Love in the 60s. The group play all their covers live, with no backing tracks and all in their original keys.

The show includes all the classic hits of The Beach Boys, including, “Barbara Ann”, “Good Vibrations”, “Sloop John B”, “Surfin` USA”, “Fun Fun Fun”, “Wouldn’t It Be Nice”, “I Get Around”, “Help Me Rhonda”, “Then I Kissed Her”, “California Girls” and many, many more.
