	In Person: The Box Office opens Monday to Saturday 10.00am until approximately 30 minutes after the start of a performance. On non-performance days it closes at 4.00pm and 2.30pm on Saturdays. The Box Office opens one hour before performances on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
	By Telephone: Call 024 7637 6707 to reserve your tickets. You can pay instantly using Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro or Delta. For £1.50 we will post your tickets to you or please send a SAE to the Box Office.
	By Post: Please send a cheque, together with a SAE, details of the number of tickets required for each performance and your daytime telephone number. Cheques should be made payable to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council.
	Online: You can buy tickets for most performances on our 24 hour online ticket service.  Just click here: (All online tickets are full price).
	Reservations: Unpaid reservations are only held for 5 days. Reservations not collected will be released for sale.
	Refunds: Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded after purchase unless a show is cancelled.
	Free Mailing List: Please call The Box Office  who will be pleased to send you our What’s On brochure on a regular basis, free of charge.
	Gift Vouchers/ Theatre Tokens: For the perfect present solution why not give Civic Hall Gift Vouchers or Theatre Tokens? Available in values of £1.00, £5.00 and £10.00 from the Box Office.

 Terms and Conditions of Sale:

1. The Licensee and delegated representatives reserve the right to refuse admission.
2. Late comers are not permitted to enter the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance.
3. No food or drinks allowed in the main auditorium.
4. Mobile phones, cameras and recording equipments are not permitted in the auditorium.
